Jeff was born in Kansas. He now lives in Brooklyn, New York.
His debut feature film A PERFECT DAY FOR CARIBOU premiered at the 75th Locarno Film Festival in August 2022.
He’s currently developing a project based on three short stories by Raymond Carver.
